On January 29, 2026, SIA Baltink successfully held the SECOND INTERNATIONAL SEMINAR SIA BALTINK in Riga at the Wellton Riverside Spa Hotel.
The seminar brought together 20 professionals, with half of the participants joining online from various cities and countries, highlighting the international format of the event and strong interest in the topics presented.
The seminar agenda covered key areas of the modern printing and packaging industry, including:
▪️ production of UV-curable and water-dispersion coatings,
▪️ range of auxiliary chemicals,
▪️ portfolio of water-dispersion and UV materials,
▪️ curing processes: H-UV, LE-UV, HR-UV, LEC-UV, UV and LED-UV,
▪️ LABITEX WB BARRIER series of water-dispersion varnishes with barrier properties,
▪️ a brief overview of new key EU regulations for the printing and food packaging industries for 2025–2026,
▪️ new developments, new materials, and new directions.
The seminar served as an effective platform for professional exchange, discussion of advanced technological solutions, and future industry trends.
