BALTINK is pleased to present LABITEX UV 390 — a UV-curable laminating adhesive developed for transparent, corona-treated polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE) films.
Designed for modern flexible-packaging and printing applications, the adhesive cures through the covering film and is suitable for use with medium-pressure mercury UV lamps and 365 nm LED UV systems.

• application using a standard ceramic anilox roller;
• curing takes place beneath the film, without exposure to air;

During application, the adhesive is transferred to the substrate using an anilox roller. The film is then pressed onto the coated surface with a pressure roller to ensure smooth contact and remove trapped air before curing.
The applied quantity should be selected according to the substrates and requirements of the specific production job. As materials and operating conditions may vary, testing on the actual substrates is required before commercial production.
